Lounge location

After you've passed through security, make a left turn out of Duty Free. Follow the corridor to the stairs/lift/elevator area. At the top of this area, turn right back onto yourself and continue straight through the doors and through the rest of the corridor. The Escape Lounge can be found on the left and is a 5 minute walk from the gate.

DragonPass and Priority Pass cardholders can guarantee their seat by pre-booking a visit to Escape Lounges in Terminal 3 with our dedicated DragonPass or Priority Pass booking portal.*

Cardholders must remember to bring their DragonPass or Priority Pass card with them to enter the lounge.

*There is a fee for cardholders reserving the lounge. Reservations are not subject to a 'last seat availability guarantee'.

How to access the lounge

At Escape Lounges in Manchester Airport Terminal 3, you can turn up on the day and pay at the door to enter, or you can book in advance.

We recommend that you reserve your place in the lounge by pre-booking your preferred time at least 24 hours in advance.

The lounge is available for all Ryanair passengers.

Which passes are accepted?

At Escape Lounges in Manchester Airport Terminal 3, we accept several membership cards, including DragonPass, Priority Pass and Lounge Key. Cardholder access is subject to availability.
 
DragonPass and Priority Pass card holders can use our dedicated DragonPass or Priority Pass booking portals to guarantee their seat. To gain entry, cardholders must bring their card with them on the day to show at reception. 

Are children permitted in the lounge?

Escape Lounges at Terminal 3 allow children to enter. Those under 3 can enter free of charge.

How can I book a group of more than 8 people?

From May to October, we cannot accept bookings for groups of more than 8 people in Escape Lounges in Terminal 3. During other times of the year, please reach out to Escape Lounges to ask about availability.

Why is the lounge not available despite booking well in advance?

Our Terminal 3 Escape Lounge is in high demand, especially during peak summer travel periods, which can limit availability. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

Some pre-booking options only open around three months in advance, so it can be worth checking back.

What is the dress code?

Guests must wear appropriate clothing in Escape Lounges in Terminal 3. Clothing that offends – including anything with an offensive slogan, matching attire like hen or stag items, and fancy dress – is not permitted. Footwear must be worn.

Anyone wearing clothing that does not follow this dress code may be refused entry. This decision is at the lounge manager’s discretion, and no refunds will be given.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payments in Escape Lounges must be made by card, as the lounge is cashless. We accept all major credit cards.

What is included in the price?

Escape Lounges in Terminal 3 offer complimentary access to premium facilities, including unlimited ultra-fast private WiFi. Guests can also enjoy freshly made dishes and a selection of drinks, including tea, coffee, soft drinks, wine, beer and spirits.

How long can I stay in the lounge?

You can access the Terminal 3 Escape Lounge 3 hours before your scheduled flight departure time. This allows 2 hours to enjoy the lounge before walking to your gate ready for departure.

How do I leave a review of the lounge?

How to cancel or amend a lounge booking

To cancel or amend your Escape Lounges booking, use our manage booking portal.

Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking, and cancelling or amending special offer bookings may not be possible.
