Travel Update - Important Information for Passengers
Cancelled or delayed flights
Owing to the ongoing situation in the Middle East and resulting airspace closures, a small number of flights at Manchester Airport have been cancelled or delayed.
Passengers are strongly advised to check directly with their airline for the latest flight information before travelling to the airport.
Arriving on a delayed flight
If you are arriving on a delayed inbound flight and have a car in one of our car parks, please press the intercom at the exit barrier. A member of our team will raise the barrier for you. No additional parking charges will apply.

We understand this situation may affect your travel plans. Please see the guidance below based on your booking type and travel date.
If you are travelling within the next 72 hours and have booked via the official airport website
Please complete our Booking Cancellation/Refund Request Form on the official airport website to request an offline cancellation and full refund.
If you have booked parking, FastTrack and/or Lounge through a 3rd party travel agent, please reach out directly to them as we will not be able to process cancellations/refunds on their behalf.
If you purchased cancellation protection, you can cancel and receive a full refund via self-service up to one hour before your scheduled departure time.
Lounge Bookings
More than 24 hours before travel:
You can cancel free of charge via My Booking.
Within 24 hours of travel
You may still cancel free of charge and receive a full refund. Please complete the Booking Cancellation/Refund Request Form.
FastTrack Bookings
FastTrack bookings due to travel more than 72 hours should be cancelled using the Booking Cancellation/Refund Request Form.
