Who to contact
If you’ve lost any belongings, then don’t worry! Here are some useful contact details to help you track it.
Lost hold luggage
For any items left onboard the plane or hold luggage left in the baggage reclaim area, please contact your airline for more information.
Lost property in the terminal
If you've left anything behind in the terminal, register your lost property with Excess Baggage Company. You can also visit their service desk and collection point in the international arrivals landside concourse (open 06:00 – 18:00).
To reclaim a lost item, complete the online registration form. Processing times for lost property are between 24 and 120 hours, depending on the location and time the item was lost.
If a match is found in the lost property database, you will be contacted. To confirm your identity and ownership, you may need to answer specific questions. Please note that a service fee applies.

To locate and track luggage that is lost or delayed after your flight, contact your flight operator* directly.

Left something on board a plane?
If you’ve left an item on a plane upon arrival at Manchester, please use the online form to report it as lost.
For items lost on Qatar Airways or Brussels Airlines flights, kindly reach out to the airline directly.
